I am an experienced consultant and thought partner, supporting leaders and organizations worldwide through complex transformation processes. My focus lies in seamlessly integrating organizational, team, and (self) leadership development to create sustainable change on all levels. With a robust academic foundation and diverse consulting experience, I bring a unique perspective to my work.
As a recipient of the prestigious McCloy Fellowship at the Harvard Kennedy School, I earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA), complemented by a certificate in Management, Leadership & Decision Sciences. I also hold degrees in Psychology and Economics from Heidelberg University and expanded my expertise through studies at Yale University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Universidad San Marcos in Lima. I also completed a team coach training at Klaus Eidenschink’s Hephaistos Institute. This interdisciplinary background allows me to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and design innovative, effective solutions.
I began my career at McKinsey & Company, advising leaders on strategic and digital transformations. I then moved on to work as project manager at a boutique consultancy specialized in cultural transformations. Today, as a freelance consultant, I collaborate with diverse companies and organizations to design tailored programs in organizational development, cultural change, and leadership development. My work includes creating and facilitating workshops and learning journeys, leading leadership retreats, and supporting executives and teams in implementing successful change initiatives.
I strive to provide clarity and guidance as a trusted sparring partner. My co-creative approach focuses on embedding meaningful change in organizational processes, team dynamics, and individual capabilities. By fostering collaboration and empowering leaders, I help clients navigate uncertainty and achieve sustainable success.
